Overview
Asseret Frausto focuses her practice on litigation matters. She has experience representing clients in antitrust, consumer law, international regulatory lawsuits, class actions and investigations through all stages of trial and appeals in federal, state and international courts.
Prior to joining McDermott, Asseret served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mary H. Murguia of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Hon. John A. Mendez of the US District Court for the Eastern District of California.
