Overview
Cristian Catanese focuses his practice on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters. He represents debtors, creditors, committees, bondholders, investors and other parties-in-interest in a variety of restructuring transactions, including chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings and distressed asset sales.
While in law school, Cristian was as an editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute: Law Review. Before joining McDermott, he served as a term clerk for the Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon at the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
