Courtney Seams focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation matters.

While earning her law degree, Courtney served as an intern in the Civil Rights and Elder Justice Sections of the Public Interest Division of the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General. She was also a member of the Business and Finance Law Review (Volumes 4 and 5), a blog moderator for the GW Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Brief, co-president and founder of the GW Entertainment and Sports Law Association and co-president of GW Street Law.
