Overview
Emma Greselin focuses her practice on corporate M&A mandates and is skilled in the drafting and negotiating of different kinds of commercial contracts, in particular agreements on software licensing, services, assignment of intellectual property rights and consultancy.
Prior to joining McDermott, Emma worked for an Italian law firm and she has also additional experience in international law matters and has interned with the Italian delegation to NATO.
