Overview


Nicole Figueroa represents clients in complex commercial litigation, investigations, and regulatory proceedings throughout the United States. Her practice frequently involves the defense of public accounting firms and professionals in a broad range of matters, including federal and state civil litigation, and investigations and regulatory proceedings by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and state regulators. In addition, Nicole also regularly advises clients in connection with a variety of risk and compliance matters, including matters involving licensing and reporting issues.

Following law school, Nicole served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jane J. Boyle in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
