Overview
Hayden Putre focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and white-collar defense and government investigations. He represents clients in litigation and pre-litigation disputes in federal and state courts across the country. He also has experience advising on securities issuances across multiple industries.
Hayden has an active pro bono practice. He has represented victims of domestic abuse in obtaining court orders, individuals seeking IRS tax relief, immigration clients seeking asylum status and parole renewals, provided procedural guidance to pro-se civil litigants, and advised non-profit organizations on contractual and legal health matters.
