Overview
Joshua C. Lee represents private and public companies, creditors, and investors in complex corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, including bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court reorganizations, and bankruptcy-related litigation.
During law school, Josh served as a staff member at the Urban Law Journal, a Pro Bono Scholar, and the diversity, equity, and inclusion chair of the Black Law Students Association.

- Represented a publicly traded telecommunications company and certain of its affiliates and subsidiaries in connection with their prearranged chapter 11 cases in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware*
- Represented a global financial institution as a debtor-in-possession financing lender in connection with the prepackaged chapter 11 cases of a manufacturer and certain of its affiliates in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware*
- Represented a multinational technology company and certain of its subsidiaries in their successful chapter 11 proceeding, including multiple 363 sale processes and a plan of reorganization, allowing the company to continue as a global business on a debt-free basis*
- Represented a cargo airline and certain of its affiliates and subsidiaries in connection with their comprehensive financial and operational restructuring*
