Andrew Kim focuses his practice on energy matters and corporate transactions. He has experience in representing clients on tax equity, project finance, acquisition finance, and corporate finance transactions in a wide range of sectors. He also represented public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity securities transactions, corporate restructurings, and commercial transactions.
While in law school, Andrew was managing editor of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. He also worked with the International Refugee Assistance Project and The Legal Aid Society as an intern.
