Stephen M. Babendreier focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters in the renewable energy sector. He has experience representing public and private companies in a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital markets transactions.

During law school, Stephen served as chief managing editor of the UCLA Law Review and as Co-Chair of the UCLA Latinx Law Students Association.

• Represented a NASDAQ-listed life sciences company in its acquisition of a development-stage private biotechnology company and concurrent private placement*
• Represented a foreign container transportation and shipping company in a series of transactions related to ocean terminal assets, as well as a joint venture*
• Advised a large underwriter on its selection of a technology services outsourcing provider and subsequent negotiation of a master services agreement*
