Antonios (Tony) G. Koulotouros focuses his practice on complex commercial and securities litigation. He also represents clients in white-collar criminal and regulatory matters, including investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission and US Attorneys’ Offices.
Tony also maintains an active pro bono practice and frequently coaches local high school students in mock trial, moot court, and advocacy competitions. While in law school, Tony served as a Law Fellow and as a final editor of The Tax Lawyer.
Represented several investment managers, funds, and officers in connection with regulatory investigations into trading activities*
Represented a prominent venture capital firm in a bankruptcy adversary proceeding related to the firm’s investment in a portfolio company*
Obtained summary judgment on behalf a publishing company, dismissing counterclaims for fraudulent inducement and permanently enjoining efforts to terminate the company’s lease*
