Victoria Kuhn is an associate in the London Finance, Restructuring and Special Situations Group and focuses her practice on financial restructuring transactions, including high yield bond and LBO workouts, refinancings, consensual and nonconsensual restructurings, enforcements and distressed asset sales as well as contentious restructuring and insolvency matters.
