Joseph Wasserkrug focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including financial fraud and contract disputes. He has represented clients across a wide array of industries including healthcare and financial services. He possesses experience in drafting motions and appellate briefs, coordinating discovery with clients and opposing counsel, and conducting jury trials, bench trials and evidentiary hearings.
