McDermott Will & Emery strengthens its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in Munich with Deniz Tschammler as Counsel. Prior to joining the Firm, Deniz was with another international law firm for almost six years.
Deniz Tschammler specializes in advising pharmaceutical companies and medical devices manufacturers on regulatory and contractual matters as well as compliance issues. He also represents clients in commercial negotiations, internal investigations, and official and court proceedings. In addition, he has extensive expertise in restructuring and M&A transactions in the healthcare sector.

In 2018, a team of life sciences specialists around the renowned corporate/M&A partner Rüdiger Herrmann had moved to McDermott. The practice, which now counts 12 lawyers, specializes in particular on regulatory issues and transaction-related advice in the healthcare sector.
