Nour Dakhli focuses her practice on advising French and international companies and investment funds on corporate and financial transactions. She has a breadth of experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to joining McDermott, Nour worked in both national and international law firms and gained in-house experience as a legal counsel at a global oil company, developing specific understanding in the energy sector.
