Joseph K. Mulherin has joined as a partner in McDermott’s Employment Practice Group. He will be based in Chicago. “I came to McDermott because of the firm’s and the employment group’s strategic focus, in particular their interest in growing out their class action practice,” Mulherin said. “They have an excellent group of well-respected lawyers.”
