McDermott Will & Schulte advised Montefiore Investment on its entry into exclusive negotiations with Activa with a view to investing in Arche MC2, the leading publisher of software for the medical and social services sector in France.

Upon completion of the transaction, Montefiore will become a co-main shareholder in Arche MC2 alongside Activa, which is reinvesting on an equal footing. The remaining capital will be held by the Group’s management, which will reinvest significantly alongside the financial shareholders.
