Côme de Saint Vincent focuses his practice on tax law, with an emphasis on transactional matters relating to the acquisition and the sale of assets, the financing and the restructuring of groups. He has also developed a background in the tax advice to high-net-worth individuals and the management of tax disputes.
Previously, Côme worked as an associate in the transaction group of another international law firm.
