Côme de Saint Vincent focuses his practice on advice to investment funds, top executives and management teams on tax aspects of domestic and international private equity transactions. He also regularly advises on corporate tax matters, and has developed a strong background in the life sciences sector. Côme also provides tax advice to high net-worth individuals on domestic and international estate planning issues and assists clients in the management of tax disputes.

Previously, Côme worked as an associate in the transaction group of another international law firm.
