Anh Lee will focus on debt financing, leveraged buyouts, private and public company restructurings, and investment and private equity fund matters as a new corporate partner in the Chicago office, which she joined from another major law firm. Although the economy is strong now, Ms. Lee said “even in a downturn or economic recession, you’re still extremely busy with workouts, restructuring, amendments.” She called McDermott’s private equity practice “a really strong and healthy platform” with “great momentum.”
