McDermott and Tonucci in the Acquisition of the Ams Alliance Group

Carsten Steinhauer, Christian Fabricatore, Riccardo Narducci and Lionel Lésur helped Kpm Analytics (an American company owned by the Union Park Capital Private Equity Fund) to acquire the Ams Alliance group a maker of diagnostic equipment.
