NYC Celeb Chefs Settle Trademark Beef over ‘Landmark’

Andrew Kratenstein represented Major Food Group LLC, the company of chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi, in negotiating settlement of a trademark lawsuit with another celebrity chef over the name of the Group’s planned New York restaurant.
