Henri Pieyre de Mandiargues, Carole Degonse and Grégoire Andrieux have become partners in McDermott’s corporate department in the Paris office to expand their private equity practices. Mr. de Mandiargues is experienced in LBO transactions as well as private equity, Ms. Degonse has expertise in private equity operations and management and in mergers and acquisitions, and Mr. Andrieux focuses on LBOs, asset sales, M&A and restructuring.
