Overview
Henri Pieyre de Mandiargues, Carole Degonse and Grégoire Andrieux have continued McDermott’s Paris office expansion by joining from another French firm. All three lawyers focus in private equity, and Mr. de Mandiargues said they were attracted to McDermott’s full-service capabilities because “our private equity clients are more and more looking to be served by firms with a wider range of expertise.” The lawyers represent a variety of French and international fund sponsors, management teams and companies in private equity transactions.
