Todd Solomon answered a variety of questions about the impact that the Supreme Court’s legalization of same-sex marriage nationwide will have on employers. His answers covered such issues as litigation over benefits from self-funded plans, employer religious objections, plan costs and enrollment numbers, tax implications and domestic partner benefits.
