McDermott advised Pierre Fabre on a cooperation agreement with another life sciences firm involving two innovative cancer treatment products. Emmanuelle Trombe, Anthony Paronneau, Bertrand Delafaye, Mélanie Bruneau, Anne-France Moreau and David Henry were the lawyers who worked on the agreement, giving Pierre Fabre exclusive marketing rights for both products in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
