Bertrand Delafaye advises private and listed companies, investors and investment funds on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and other major transactions, as well as private equity and securities law matters. He also has significant experience in the international arena, cross-border and domestic joint ventures, post-closing reorganizations, and negotiation of major industrial and commercial agreements.
Bertrand regularly handles pre- and post-closing disputes in the context of M&A transactions, and advises on conflicts among shareholders and between joint venture partners.
