Global Closure Systems Attaches Itself to a British Industrial Group

Henri Pieyre de Mandiargues and Diana Hund advised on the sale of Global Closure Systems, a world leader in caps and plastic closure systems, to RPC Industrial Group of Britain for € 650 million. Global Closure Systems has 3500 employees and 21 plants in 13 countries, and distributes products in over 100 countries.
