Frankfurt Office Tower: McDermott Advises Blackstone on the Purchase of Pollux

McDermott’s Düsseldorf office advised U.S. investor Blackstone on purchasing the Pollux office tower in Frankfurt. McDermott has advised Blackstone for several years in hotel transactions, but the Pollux deal is the first time the firm has advised on the purchase of an office building.
