Anette Keller advises clients on Real estate transactions, Group reorganizations, Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) / acquisition structuring, Tax audits as well as Tax litigation before tax courts and the German Supreme Tax Court (Bundesfinanzhof).
Previously, Annette worked for another US law firm in Frankfurt and Munich in their Tax Department. She is a licensed tax specialist (Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht), as well as a regular speaker and author on tax issues.

- SIGNA on the purchase of a retail real estate portfolio (including the KaDeWe in Berlin) and single retail real estate assets (e.g., the Alsterhaus in Hamburg) and the finance structure
- SEB Investment on the sale of a pan-European real estate portfolio (more than EUR 1 billion)
- An international real estate enterprise on the purchase of a high-rise office building in Frankfurt am Main
- A multinational media group in the tax audit and before tax courts, including the German Supreme Tax Court
- A US-based multinational in the tax audit and before tax courts, in particular regarding tax matters in connection with a corporate reorganization
- A German-based retail multinational on the reorganization of the holding structure for the foreign subsidiaries and in the tax audit, in particular regarding transfer pricing issues
- A multinational pharma group in the tax audit, in particular regarding transfer pricing issues, and in competent authority procedures
