HR Must Be Flexible to Deal with Changes Coming in 2017


Michael Weaver urged companies to revisit their HR diversity and inclusion policies now, regardless of “how protections are enforced going forward in the new administration.” Mr. Weaver, a partner-in-charge for LGBT Diversity & Inclusion with McDermott, added that in this “age of uncertainty” it is important for companies focused on diversity to make sure their staff feels valued through employment policies and processes.
