International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to  announce that Charles (Chuck) Gibbs has joined the Firm as partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice group based in the Dallas office. Chuck and his team provide creditor, debtor and distressed investment clients with creative solutions in and out of court. Their addition strengthens the Dallas team and bolsters our already strong Restructuring & Insolvency practice.”
