Justin P. Aiello focuses his practice on representing private equity funds, strategic investors, ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices in a variety of transactional and health care regulatory matters.
While in law school, Justin was a member of the Business Law Review and served as a Dean’s Fellow in the legal research and writing department. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Edwin G. Torres of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Honorable Leslie B. Rothenberg of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal.
