Allyn Rosenberger provides clients with strategic guidance on healthcare regulatory matters, particularly in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues and the evolving telehealth landscape. Allyn also supports the Firm’s transactional work.

Prior to joining McDermott Will & Emery, Allyn served as a law clerk for the Office of the Attorney General at the Maryland Department of Health. During law school, she was President of the Biolaw and Health Policy Society, Co-President of the Class of 2020, and Co-Founder of the Community Health Access Pro Bono Project. While pursuing her Master of Public Health degree, she was a legal fellow with the Georgetown University Health Justice Alliance and editor of the John Hopkins Law Review.
