John Bauco focuses his practice in real estate finance matters. He represents investment banks and other institutional lenders in the origination and restructuring of portfolio, CMBS and construction mortgage and mezzanine loans for the acquisition, refinancing and construction of various properties throughout the US. John also advises on the purchase and sale of mortgage and mezzanine loans and note sales.
While in law school, John was a staff member of St. John’s Law Review.
