Charline Boulenger focusses her practice on M&A and Private Equity with particular expertise in leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and other private equity transactions. She advises French, German and international companies and private equity funds on all aspects of corporate and financial law.
Prior to joining McDermott, Charline has worked at a number of global law firms in Paris, London and Hamburg.
