Stephan de Groër focuses his practice on market leading corporate transactions, with particular strength in mergers & acquisitions. He has advised both international and domestic companies on key acquisition projects, change of management, set up of joint ventures and cooperation projects. Stephan’s practice also covers securities offerings and issues related to corporate law, securities law and corporate governance faced by listed companies.
Stephan has a wealth of experience in trade relations with Germany and Russia, and has spent two years in the Moscow office of a French leading international law firm before joining McDermott.
