Brad Dennis advises healthcare enterprises on complex transactions and regulatory compliance. He represents a wide range of clients, including nonprofit and for-profit health systems, academic medical centers, and private equity firms and their platform companies. Brad routinely provides transactional representation to such clients in connection with strategic affiliations, mergers, equity and asset acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactional matters.
Brad also has experience on a wide range of regulatory matters affecting hospitals and health systems, including physician contracting, healthcare compliance programs, compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, Medicare reimbursement and facility licensing.
Brad is a frequent author on healthcare matters. He completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Chief Judge William Conley of the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. While in law school, he was managing editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Brad worked for the State of Michigan focusing on business licensing and regulatory matters.
