Brad Dennis advises health care clients on a broad spectrum of regulatory, corporate and transactional matters. He focuses on providing clients with clarity on a wide range of federal and state regulatory matters affecting hospitals and health systems, including physician contracting, compliance with the anti-kickback statute, Stark law, corporate practice of medicine, HIPAA, Medicare enrollment and reimbursement, and issues related to health care joint ventures.
Brad is a frequent author on health matters and has contributed articles to the State Bar of Wisconsin, Health Law Section Journal. He completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Chief Judge William Conley of the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. While in law school, he was managing editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Brad worked for the State of Michigan focusing on business licensing and regulatory matters.
