Overview


Aymeric Discours represents clients in general mergers and acquisitions, and commercial litigation, including large contractual disputes, industrial risk, product liability cases, restructuring and white-collar criminal defense. He has gained significant experience in trying several cases before the civil, commercial and criminal French courts.

Previously, Aymeric spent five years at other international law firms. He is also a published writer.

Repräsentative Mandate


  • Advising more than 70 French claimants against the Luxembourg subsidiary of a Swiss bank, and its asset management company, in a dispute arising out of the liquidation of a multi-compartment Luxembourg investment company with variable capital (société d’investissement à capital variable (SICAV)) as a result of the Madoff fraud
  • Defense of a real estate asset manager in a dispute arising out of sales negotiations breakdowns, which occurred as a result of a takeover bid targeting the owner of the assets on sale
