Yawen (Alice) Du focuses her practice on corporate and securities law. She assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities law and corporate governance matters.
Alice has experience in private placements, federal and state securities filings, and 1934 Act filings. She also has experience working with Chinese companies and investors, and assisting clients in connection with CFIUS review of cross-border transactions.
While in law school, Alice was a senior editor for the UC Davis Business Law Journal.
