Gilbert T. Smolenski focuses his practice on intellectual property matters. He works with clients in a broad range of technology sectors, including software applications, telecommunications and medical devices.
While in law school, Gilbert served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Mark Davis, then of the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Gilbert was also a notes and comments editor for the Wake Forest Law Review and President of the Wake Forest Intellectual Property Student Association.
