David Goldman provides general corporate and business counseling, with concentrations in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, multi-layered governance structures, auction processes, post-merger integrations and multi-faceted ownership arrangements. David is the former co-head of the Firm’s New York office and is the former head of the Firm’s global Corporate Advisory Practice Group.
