Neha Khandhadia focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and government and internal investigations. She represents clients in litigation before federal and state courts across the country.
Neha’s past experience as a healthcare technology consultant has made her an invaluable resource to healthcare clients in contract negotiations and disputes with their technology vendors. Her experience has also helped her interface with and guide the experts retained help healthcare clients with these disputes.
Neha also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented clients in a wide range of areas including civil rights, child abuse and neglect, and asylum.
While in law school, Neha served as managing editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law.
