Sherry Liu focuses her practice on representing public and private companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, commercial law, corporate governance, and other general corporate law matters.
Sherry has advised public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies, in connection with mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries, including web-based and mobile technology, food and beverage, life sciences, and health care.
Previously, Sherry was an associate in the Raleigh, North Carolina, office of a large international law firm.
