Overview


Shu-Ping Shen focuses his practice on trusts and estate planning. He works with high-net-worth individuals and families regarding various aspects of gift, estate and generation-skipping tax planning. Additionally, he has experience in charitable planning, including the making of charitable gifts and the establishment of public charities and private foundations. Shu-Ping also has experience in international estate planning matters and, from January through June of 2014, was resident in the London office of McDermott Will & Emery, assisting in international estate planning and taxation issues.

While in law school, Shu-Ping was an executive editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.
