Souzanna Omran focuses her practice on EU Competition law, with a particular focus on merger control, cartel investigations and abuse of dominance. She has a breadth of experience in the financial, transport and chemical industries and has assisted companies in multijurisdictional merger control filings. She has assisted in advising clients in proceedings before the European Commission and national competition authorities.
