PLI 54th Annual Estate Planning Institute

Elise J. McGee will be participating on a panel at the 54th Annual Estate Planning Institute hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI) on September 11, 2023. Elise will present on the topic “Estate Planning for Digital Assets and Financial Implications”. This session will discuss providing for the distribution of digital assets. • Understand estate representative access to digital assets under the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act (RUFADAA)
