Please join us on Tuesday, November 17 and Thursday, November 19 for the annual TEI International Tax Forum, co-presented by McDermott Will & Emery and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The virtual forum will cover a wide range of topics relevant to companies operating internationally across various industries, including a post-election policy update. An agenda is provided below.

This program will be hosted on Zoom at the Enterprise level through McDermott Will & Emery. It will be encrypted and password-protected.

You will receive a Zoom log-in link for each day of the program via email. These links are unique to you and cannot be shared with other individuals.

  • Free for TEI members with season pass, firm sponsors (McDermott & PwC) and academia
  • $25.00 for TEI members*
  • $125.00 for non-TEI members*
  • One price for both half-day sessions
  • *If the program fee poses a financial hardship, please contact James Peterson regarding TEI’s financial hardship policy.

MCLE credit is pending in Illinois only. Attendees who request credit in other states will receive a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, which can be used to claim credit as permitted by applicable state MCLE rules. CPE credit is also pending. A Multi-Jurisdiction Certificate will be made available to participants requesting CPE credit.

To request CLE/CPE credit, you must complete a forthcoming survey for each day of the program. To be eligible to earn a CLE/CPE certificate, you must participate via Zoom (using your full name) and not only by phone. Credit will be provided per day and you must attend the entire day to receive credit. Credit for partial-day attendance will not be provided. McDermott Will & Emery is handling all CLE/CPE credit.
