The media are reporting almost daily about new proceedings initiated or severe fines imposed by the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office or other competition authorities. Increasingly, the authorities are looking at the human resources departments of companies and investigate, for example, no-poach agreements or the exchange of salary information.
