International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce Chicago-based partner Christina (Tina) Martini has been honored with a Top Women Lawyers in Leadership Award from the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI).
As Global Head of McDermott’s Trademark Prosecution and Controversy Practice Group, Tina focuses her practice on domestic and international trademark and copyright law, as well as domain name, internet, social media, advertising, unfair competition and entertainment law. In addition to her trademark group leadership role, Tina also sits on the firm’s Racial and Ethnic Diversity Committee and Gender Diversity Committee. She also previously served as the Firm’s Co-National Hiring Partner.
The Women’s Bar Association of Illinois was founded to promote the interests and welfare of women lawyers and also to aid in the enactment of legislation for the common good and in the administration of justice. The Top Women Lawyers in Leadership Award emphasizes the accomplishments and diverse backgrounds of women who are making major professional contributions through their service in a leadership role.
