Overview
Michael Cziesla continued a decade of work with payment service provider ICP as he and Norman Wasse led the McDermott team advising the company on the sale of a mobile telecom loyalty services provider to private investors. The German and French team included Oliver Hahnelt (corporate), Markus Hill (tax), Paul Melot de Beauregard (labor), Wolfgang von Frentz (real estate), Nina Siewert (tax), and Grégoire Andrieux, Tobias Riemenschneider and Anna Steudner (all corporate).
